1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Some items, including sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees for the return or exchange of products are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via our Return & Exchange Form at the bottom of this page with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping service. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance for the return.
- Inspect the Item: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
- Return the Item: Follow the same return process as outlined above.
- Place a New Order: Once your return has been processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
If the exchange item is of a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference. If it’s of a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
6. How to Pack Your Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box to protect the item during shipping.
- Include any paperwork that came with your order, such as the packing slip or receipt.
7. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Cards
- Sale items or Final Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
